What is Sysplorer RETAIL
RETAIL is the module of our Sysplorer suite that was born as a tool to carry out reactive maintenance requests easily, quickly, and structurally in multi-site contexts having a centralized administration.
Subsequently, it has evolved into a complete and intuitive tool to effectively manage the entire process of managing reactive maintenance, from the field request to the digital approval of the P.O. (Purchase Order), up to the approval of the invoice to proceed to the payment and finally to the archiving of all documents (P.O., quotations, and invoices).
It contains basic document management, divided by category and location, and uses email notifications to keep the user updated if there are new requests.
It is therefore a tool that allow the optimization of business processes related to reactive maintenance.
